Then we will pull Mozzarella Curd and Making a Mozzarella Pinwheel-filled with Prosciutto, Fresh Basil and Figs.Once we are done, Everyone will sit and enjoy the cheeses we just made. Our "Sauce" will be Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic, White Wine and Finished with Pecorino Ramano Cheese and Toasted Pine Nut. This is an easy pasta to make and the dish is full of amazing fresh flavors.
