It felt like you invited us into your home and we were all working together to get a family dinner ready. It truly made my heart feel so full and happy! The experience was so beautiful because of you! In no world could you have been swapped out for someone else and the energy and experience would have been the same - the feeling that we felt came from you I felt so connected to so many of the things you were saying - I dreamt of going to pastry or culinary school, but didn't think I could ever cut it in a kitchen! Fun evening! We learned how to make lobster and shrimp ravioli in a relaxed setting. We were part of a group of 8 others who were easy to be with, too. It was a great night as we ended the evening around the dinner table enjoying our delicious homemade ravioli! Fun to do with your spouse, friend, sister, or group of friends!
Just the most fabulous adventure. We made Farmers cheese, ricotta, and mozzarella. We also painted mugs in the Mandala style. Then we sat down to taste all of our delicious cheeses. The table was set for us, and all the extra accoutrements we put on the table for us to enjoy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our day. And Robbin is a dream; so talented as well. Do not miss out on her amazing hospitality!

I’ve done a lot of cooking classes and this is up there w the best. Robin is an amazing host who bring so much personality, knowledge, and general wisdom to each fascist of the class. She is very inviting and provides such positive encouragement for even the beginner students. I can’t wait to come back and would recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable cooking class!

My family and I had the most wonderful experience last night with our own private cooking class! Robbin was phenomenal from the beginning - from when I was booking the class over the phone, to planning the menu and certainly did not disappoint day of. It was such a neat and unique experience being able to have the kitchen and dining area to yourself with the chef. It is BYOB too ! We made shrimp/lobster stuffed and butternut squash filled raviolis from scratch. There were 7 of us, all making our own dough and learning great nutrition and cooking tips throughout from Robbin. The meal came out fantastic and it was so nice to enjoy it in her beautiful living room. Overall, it was a fantastic night doing something different. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to have a 'private' cooking class among family and/or friends where you can create your own menu and at an extremely reasonable costs. We will be back for more classes along with one of her painting parties! Thank you Robbin !!
What an amazing experience we had today learning to make three different types of homemade cheeses. We made mozzarella, ricotta and formers cheese topped with a rosemary and lemon infused honey. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Robin the chef and owner is a warm lovely woman who makes your experience more than you expected it to be. We learned a lot and we also had a small cozy intimate meal eating the fruits of our labor plus many extras that Robin added to the meal. I can’t wait to take another cooking class with Robin. Robin also offers or classes that seem amazing also. Great for small parties Or just to get together with friends enjoying good food good artwork and each other’s company. Thank you very much Robin

This was the coolest place with the greatest host (Robbin). Great chef and artist! If your looking for something fun to do- you have to check her out!! You can cook OR be artistic! We made lobster and shrimp ravioli. Made another date to get artsy!!!
This is our second time to Soule’ and again it was awesome. We a private class for 9 people and it was Such a fun night cooking a three course meal, laughing, drinking wine and sitting together to enjoy the meal. Robbin is awesome, a great chef and teacher. We will definitely be back.

Robbin was so accommodating and made our party just perfect! This was a gift to the group of women I sing with, and we had so much fun decorating mugs, making cheese, and then eating the results of our labor. Robbin is a fantastic, supportive instructor and went out of her way to make the timing and the event everything we hoped it would be. I would recommend both her cooking classes and her art classes wholeheartedly!
We had the best time at Soule’ for a work team building party. Everyone, even those who do not normal cook, enjoyed preparing Ravioli. Robbin is an excellent teacher! She made the experience fun and easy. I plan to go back with friends and family to try other dishes she offers. I would also also love to take one of her painting classes!! I will be back for sure!!

It was a wonderful experience! I attended Robbin’s Pasta-Making 101 Lobster & Shrimp Ravioli at her Point Pleasant studio. Not only is she the consummate professional, but she is warm and engaging, and she makes you feel like a guest in her home! I learned, step-by-step, how to make this dish - first by watching her - then setting up my station to do the same! We shared lots of laughs and good stories and eventually sat at the dining room table with a glass of Pinot and a bowl of these delicious raviolis - thought I had died and gone to heaven! They were divine! And I took home, not only the recipes, but also a dozen of these scrumptious little seafood pillows along with the Butter Lemon White Wine Sauce! The studio is warm and cozy - Robbin is full of personality and lots of fun! It’s a 5-star rating all the way from me!
